Welcome to FrostLid Foundation ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform at frostlidfoundation.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before making any contribution.

FrostLid Foundation is a private limited company operating an online intermediary platform providing reward-based crowdfunding services for electric mobility products. We facilitate transactions between backers (contributors) and the campaign creator.

All contributions made on FrostLid Foundation are reward-based crowdfunding contributions, not investments. You are contributing in exchange for the rewards described in your selected reward tier.

FrostLid Foundation does not provide any financial returns, interest, equity, or profit-sharing to any person making contributions on its platform. Your contribution entitles you to the specific rewards outlined at the time of your contribution.

FrostLid Foundation commits to fulfilling all rewards as described on the platform at the time of contribution. Rewards will be fulfilled upon successful delivery of the relevant e-scooter model.

In the event that FrostLid Foundation is unable to fulfil rewards due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, backers will be notified promptly and offered appropriate remedies including full refunds where applicable.

Backers may request a full refund under the following conditions:

• The campaign fails to reach its minimum funding threshold within the campaign period.
• FrostLid Foundation is unable to deliver the scooter within 6 months of the estimated delivery date.
• The product specifications materially differ from what was described at the time of contribution.

Refund requests must be submitted via our contact form or by email to hello@frostlidfoundation.org. Processing time is 7–14 business days.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. FrostLid Foundation reserves the right to terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You agree not to:

• Make fraudulent contributions or provide false personal information.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures on the platform.
• Harass, abuse, or harm any other user or FrostLid Foundation staff.
• Use automated tools to access the platform without prior written consent.

All content on the FrostLid Foundation platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FrostLid Foundation or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FrostLid Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform or your contribution.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you contributed through the platform.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

FrostLid Foundation reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered backers. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
